About Rosa

Rosa Bella Volpe is a certified Journey Dance Facilitator, Meditation Guide, Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra Teacher, Reiki Master/Teacher and Sound and Energy Medicine Practitioner. Her personal journey into the healing arts began after a life changing event in 2012. Since then, the universe has brought all that is needed for inspiration and growth. Always ready for an adventure, Rosa has taught and practiced yoga, JourneyDance, meditation, sound healing and Reiki in Mexico, Costa Rica , Africa,Chile, India, Thailand and Sri Lanka. Never one to take herself too seriously, Rosa brings her love of life and easy smile to all of her practices

Most winters Rosa leaves Little Compton to teach and receive more training in other parts of the world. She returns each Spring to share her new skills and growth with her students and friends . This Winter 2019-2020 Rosa traveled through Asia for 3 months including Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Singapore. Rosa returns to Little Compton with a 300 hour advanced yoga training  from Samatva Yogalaya in Rishikesh, India and a certification as a Hypnosis Facilitator from OSHO Meditation Center in Pune, India. Studying and teaching in this part of the world has brought a deeper personal practice and perspective that she is excited to share with all.
